What is When Evil Reigns?

The Process (or ‘How not to make a low-budget feature')

When we began making 'When Evil Reigns', we were lacking a number of things: proper equipment, production hands, and the location - which is supposed to look deserted - was being used for music rehearsals four nights a week. Then crew members began dropping out.  When we took a break of approximately four months to teach ourselves some basic skills, we lost some of our favorite cast members as well. Obviously, planning a project sufficiently is the key to success, and this section of our web site is designed for those people who want to avoid making the same mistakes we did.
